A conversation is a complete structured screening session that an applicant completes for a specific role. Partial completions (applicants who start but do not finish) do not count against your monthly total.
Yes. Each role gets its own configuration: criteria, question set, and deal-breaker conditions. A customer support role and an operations coordinator role will have completely different conversations.
Applicants who do not meet your defined criteria are held in a separate view, not deleted. You can review them at any point. Automated candidate communications about status are configurable.
Talentiqa is built for the EU market and processes candidate data in accordance with GDPR requirements. Data processing agreements are available for Studio and Enterprise plans. Candidate data retention and deletion are configurable.
Yes. The conversation interface is fully responsive and works on any device with a browser. Applicants can also pause and resume if they need to. No app installation required.
Starter and Growth plans include Czech, English, and Slovak. Studio plans include 8 languages. Enterprise plans can be configured for additional languages based on the team's applicant pool.
